Langley SD Student Harassment Written Complaint Process (to be completed by a student)

- complete a Student Harassment Complaint Form.pdf
- complaint forms should be submitted to the school administration
- upon receipt of the complaint form, the administrator will conduct a full investigation into the allegation
- the administrator will meet with the victim and contact the parents of the parties involved to inform them of the complaint and the process of investigation
- all information provided to the administrator shall be kept in confidence by all individuals involved in the investigation
- where an investigation results in a finding of harassment, the administrator, after consultation with the parent and student, shall determine an appropriate response, which may included remedial and.or disciplinary action.
